Client Relationships
Kelly Lundberg graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Communications in 2003. She first joined the Provisional team as a Recruiter in 2005 and has over seven years of hands-on experience matching talent with Spokane area employers in the areas of accounting/finance, administrative, and customer support (often times high volume staffing). In 2011, Kelly left Provisional to be home full-time, but as of January 2015 she has rejoined the team as our Client Relationship Manager. She has a passion to build and grow long term relationships with the Northwest’s best companies. Kelly would love to connect with anyone looking to find talented staff to add to their team!
Kristi has been with Provisional for over 20 years. During that time, she has worked as a Receptionist, Recruiting Assistant, Office Administrator, and most recently, as a Recruiting Manager. She is well-versed in all aspects of the recruiting and staffing process, but especially loves helping her candidates and clients make successful job matches.
Office/Technology
Heidi Burk graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services Administration and a minor in Business Administration. She brings over 20 years experience in both sales and customer service working in the telecommunication industry. Heidi is excited to be working in the Healthcare industry again and strives to excel in customer service as she believes it to be the most important quality in any business relationship. She is a lifelong resident of Spokane, and enjoys the beautiful Northwest outdoors. Heidi is also a big sports fan; she loves watching Gonzaga basketball and the Seattle Seahawks.
Healthcare
Dixie Gehlen brings over seven years of healthcare staffing to Provisional’s specialized Medicalpros and Dentalpros divisions. Dixie’s expertise in matching client’s needs to candidate’s qualifications makes her one of the leading healthcare recruiters in the Inland Northwest. Dixie is pursuing a B.A. in Science in Healthcare Administration at the University of Idaho. She is a member of the Coeur d’Alene Chamber, MGMA and the PAC committee for the ITT Healthcare curriculum. She also volunteers with Toys for Tots. Lastly, Dixie lives by the philosophy that life is “Super Great,” so keep smiling!
Accounting/Finance
Erick Fahsholtz brings more than 25 years of financial recruiting to Provisional Accounting division. His recruiting expertise includes both public and private accounting industry searches. In addition to his recruiting role, Erick assists in client development and retention in the Eastern Washington and North Idaho areas. Previously, Erick had a colorful and exciting career in public accounting in Seattle and Boston. Erick holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Seattle University. Erick is also an inactive Certified Public Accountant and SHRM-SCP.
