Erick Fahsholtz brings more than 25 years of financial recruiting to Provisional Accounting division. His recruiting expertise includes both public and private accounting industry searches. In addition to his recruiting role, Erick assists in client development and retention in the Eastern Washington and North Idaho areas. Previously, Erick had a colorful and exciting career in public accounting in Seattle and Boston. Erick holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Seattle University. Erick is also an inactive Certified Public Accountant and SHRM-SCP.  

Heidi Burk

Heidi Burk graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services Administration and a minor in Business Administration. She brings over 20 years experience in both sales and customer service working in the telecommunication industry.  Heidi is excited to be working in the Healthcare industry again and strives to excel in customer service as she believes it to be the most important quality in any business relationship.  She is a lifelong resident of Spokane, and enjoys the beautiful Northwest outdoors. Heidi is also a big sports fan; she loves watching Gonzaga basketball and the Seattle Seahawks.

Mackenzie Westcott

Recruiting Assistant

Mackenzie Westcott graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in General Business, Human Resource Management and Nonprofit Organization Management. She brings 6 years of Human Resource experience, supporting and leading teams in an independent grocery company and a boutique marketing agency. Mackenzie recently returned to Spokane to raise her family in the wonderful Inland Northwest. In the summer, you can often find her at the lake with family and friends.
